Home Kebab with Yogurt
Ingredients
250 gr. Minced meat
4 flat breads
2 water glasses of yogurt
1 onion
Black pepper
Salt
Top:
1 table spoon of butter
1 tea spoon of chili pepper
1 tea spoon of dried mint
2 cloves of garlic
Directions
Add grated onion, black pepper and salt into the minced meat and knead. Immersing your hand into water time by time, prepare little meat balls.
